There is something for everyone with numerous concerts, festivals, and club appearances throughout the year. Navasota, Texas, just south of College Station is the "Blues Capital of Texas" with the Navasota Blues Fest in August one of the highlights of the year. The Starlight Concert Series at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater in College Station offers free open air concerts from Spring till Mid-summer.
