Bryan City Engineers Win Top Professional Association Awards

Kaspar, Reynosa Lauded with Engineer of the Year for 2007

WHAT:             On Monday, February 18, 2008, Brazos Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) awarded the following at their Engineering Banquet:

2007 Outstanding Engineer of the Year         Paul Kaspar, P.E., CFM / City Engineer

Kaspar and Reynosa will now be submitted to the state to compete against all the other award recipients from all other Chapters in Texas for top State honors in each respective category.

The TSPE Engineer of the Year Award is the highest honor given to an individual TSPE member. Chapters nominate eligible members for consideration at the state level. Eligibility is restricted to engineers whose sustained and unusual contributions have improved the public welfare and the advancement of his/her profession. The candidate should be an engineer of recognized standing, preferably registered, and a citizen of Texas. All nominations remain active for two years.
