Brazos Valley Reporter

Downtown Bryan, Texas - Saturday December 1, 2007 - Being a great fan of these Christmas Lighted Villages, when I heard from John Hendry, Executive Director of the Downtown Bryan Economic Development Association that the display was coming.....I made plans to be there Saturday! Not only was it the best display I've ever seen, it's also a fund-raiser for the non-profit DBEDA to promote the revitalization of historic Downtown Bryan.

So, who can resist...let's check it out!
There's something magical about these lighted villages. The collection on display is thought to be one of the largest known to exist in Texas. A closeup of the Lighted Villages Display
A close up of the Lighted Villages Display that will be featured on the front page of the New LifeintheBrazos.com in
a few days!
I can tell you......
....that as good as it all looks here.....

....it's way better in person!

Please see the Full Press Release for all the details including dates and hours.

Be sure not to miss this. It's really a great collection as well as a great cause. So, come join the fun and at the same time help with the revitalization projects for Downtown Bryan. At $2 for adults and $1 for children under 12, you could hardly have more fun for the money!
