COLLEGE STATION ANNOUNCES FINAL ELECTION RESULTS

COLLEGE STATION, TX – The City of College Station has announced the final election results for General and Special Municipal Elections.
 
City Council Place 1
Derek Dictson: 1,883
John Crompton: 3,539

City Council Place 3
Ron Gay: 2,042
Dennis Maloney: 3,366

City Council Place 5
Lawrence Stewart: 2,883
Chris Scotti: 2,455

College Station Special Election:
The City of College Station establishing a limitation on the amount of ad valorem taxes imposed on the residential homestead of a person who is disabled or is sixty-five (65) years of age or older and receives a residential homestead exemption, as authorized by Article VIII, Section 1 -b(h) of the Texas Constitution.
For: 3,391
Against: 2,014
The Canvass of Votes and Oath of Office is scheduled for Monday, May 19, 9:00 am at City Hall Council Chambers.
