Gracia has spent more than three decades in journalism in the Brazos Valley. She writes about everyday events and problems and gives a new perspective and a humorous twist to her work. 	An Intro to "by Cajun." Our editor, Mr. Lee James, suggested that I start off my column writing in this publication by explaining to all of you fine people just what I am going to write about. I'm not naming actual numbers but suffice it to say that's been a number of years. I have chased, roped, thrown, branded, cut, doctored, corralled, loaded, worked, cursed and done just about anything to be done with cows - but until last week I had never seen a calf born. MORE...
