Randy Pavlock hails from the Blues Capital of Texas¯, Navasota, who proudly proclaims him a native son. Wise beyond his years, Randy has risen beyond musician status to become an entertainer, one who interacts with and relates to his audience, often sharing his thoughts about life. Born and raised in Navasota, he's had a guitar in his hand since he was 7. Now as he spreads his creative wings he will move those talented fingers from the fretboard to the computer keyboard to share some thoughts with you in his new column "All for the Music." He writes from the heart about everyday life and about the Blues music he loves so deeply. Sharing his thoughts with us as a songwriter and a friend, his talented voice takes on a new dimension as a Passion Writer¯ through the on-line media of LifeintheBrazos.com.

Randy Pavlock and Twenty Four Seven

If you have not heard Randy Pavlock and Twenty Four Seven, you owe yourself this treat! The description of what this young born Texan, singer/songwriter does is..."Heavy Electrifying Blues." But this word and what it means to someone like Randy, goes as deep as the Blues genre itself. As quoted from a recent article, Randy said "But the Blues is a positive thing. Blues is about life."Buddy Miles has recently stated as well, "You remind me of Hendrix and SRV with your own style!"

Randy has played with, and performs opening acts for artists such as Chris Duarte, Guy Forsyth, Buckwheat Zydeco, Roy Rogers (from John Lee Hooker), Omar and The Howlers, Grady, Krackerjack, Blackfoot, Roger Craiger, and Del Castillo to name a few.
